Information you provide

When you request pilot access, PermitPulse stores your name, email address, company, vendor trade and submission time. The form requires your agreement to be contacted about the pilot. These details are not displayed in public lead profiles.

How information is used

Pilot request information is used to review interest, manage access requests and contact you about PermitPulse. The current application does not send automated marketing emails or collect payment details. Requests are stored in the Site’s managed database; authorized administration tools can retrieve them.

Website services and research

Hosting providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the Site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives browser requests. Public business profiles include linked reporting and operator information; those external sites have their own privacy practices.

Use the Contact page to initiate contact. If you receive a pilot follow-up, reply to request correction or deletion of your submitted information. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the pilot form.
